Yes, well-behaved dogs are warmly welcome in our Estate Restaurant. We simply ask that you keep your dog on a lead throughout your visit and be considerate of our other guests.
Gutsweine are the introduction to the Schloss Vollrads philosophy of origin. The grapes are sourced from our vineyards across the Rheingau and express the signature style of our estate - fresh, authentic, and versatile.
Ortsweine are produced exclusively from the finest vineyards surrounding Schloss Vollrads. They reflect the distinctive character of their place of origin and offer greater depth and expression, revealing how soil, climate, and vineyard site shape the character of a Riesling.
The iconic keep has been the landmark of Schloss Vollrads since the early 14th century. Today, it is home to historic rooms and forms part of the estate's protected heritage, bringing more than 800 years of winemaking tradition to life.

As every vintage is different, there is no single Riesling that consistently has the lowest acidity. However, our off-dry (feinherb), fruity, and matured Rieslings are often perceived as particularly harmonious and smooth. We would be delighted to recommend the wine that best suits your personal taste.
