``Volratz`` Rheingau Riesling Qualitätswein dry

Distinguished by its stylish, vintage-inspired label, the Volratz Riesling pays tribute to history. The label features the oldest known pictorial representation of Schloss Vollrads, taken from a map tracing the course of the River Rhine dated 1573—when the estate was still known as Volratz.

In the glass, the Volratz Riesling delights with juicy notes of citrus fruits and crisp Granny Smith apples, lending the wine its vibrant freshness and lively character. Winkel Riesling dry

The Schloss Vollrads Winkel Riesling trocken reflects its origins in the historic village of Winkel, at the heart of the Rheingau. Shaped by the region’s distinctive soils and climate, this wine expresses a clear sense of place and tradition.

Schloss Vollrads 1716 Cabinet Riesling dry

The 1716 Cabinet Riesling from Schloss Vollrads is a distinctive and expressive wine with historical roots. Created in honour of the estate’s 1716 Cabinet cellar — one of the earliest cellars for reserve wines — this wine bridges tradition and modern winemaking. The name of the cellar Cabinet later becomes the term Kabinett in the VDP classification system.

A cuvée of our finest Grosse Lage (GG) wines and the Winkel Ortswein, the 1716 Cabinet combines depth, structure, and elegance. On the nose, it reveals bright citrus and white fruit aromas, with hints of pink grapefruit, peach, and mineral complexity. The palate is medium-bodied, refined and vibrant, showing refreshing acidity, concentrated fruit, and a subtly salty, mineral backbone that leads to a long, structured finish.

Schloss Vollrads SCHLOSSBERG Riesling GG VDP.GROSSE LAGE®

Riesling from our Schlossberg plot – part of our Schloss Vollrads monopole vineyard. These old vines boast deep roots and low yields, demanding careful, manual work and sophisticated grape handling.

The wine is fermented spontaneously and aged in traditional German Stückfass barrels, preserving the authentic character of the grapes. The result is a dry premium Riesling with intense, dense body, excellent structure, and backbone. This wine rewards patience, developing its full potential with careful maturation, and reflects the unique character of the Schlossberg terroir.

Schloss Vollrads GREIFFENBERG Riesling GG VDP.GROSSE LAGE®

Riesling from our Greiffenberg plot – one of the most distinguished sites of our Schloss Vollrads monopole vineyard. The venerable vines here are meticulously tended with low yields, allowing each grape to fully express its character.

Fermented spontaneously and matured in traditional German Stückfass barrels, this Riesling is elegant yet powerful, with a well-defined structure and vibrant mineral backbone. Over time, it develops remarkable depth and complexity, revealing the unique personality of the Greiffenberg terroir.

Whether for breakfast or a festive occasion – our classic Riesling sparkling wine is always the best choice. With fine bubbles and fruity body, our sparkling wine is a tingling pleasure, simply elegant. Matured to wine, ennobled as sparkling wine: We have been making sparkling wine from our Riesling since at least 1861. That means we have done it for longer than most German producers.

Auslese | Beerenauslese (BA) | Trockenbeerenauslese (TBA)
